EXECUTIVE COACHING AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT 

The Crissy Anne Marie team facilitates positive and constructive impact for private, nonprofit and public sector organizations of varying types, sizes and complexity. Crissy Anne Marie thoughtfully assembles a seasoned team of executive coaches and leadership development staff to complete the requirements of the engagement in an efficient and timely manner. The Crissy Anne Marie team is equipped with the high-quality materials and appropriate skill sets to work with government agencies, schools, non-profits, faith-based organizations and corporate personnel one-on-one, in group settings and through workshops and seminars to visualize, create and execute a customized leadership strategy to best fit client needs. 

Our firm operates according to Five Strategic Goals – 

At the heart and soul of our leadership and executive coaching services are to utilize selected leadership assessment tools (Emotional Intelligence 360, Leadership 360, Leadership Self-Assessment and DISC 360), team-building strategies and a suite of core curriculum leadership development courses. Our team offers leadership development training as full-day or half-day interactive workshops/seminars. Each session includes - PowerPoint slides, participant guides/workbooks, selected videos, classroom exercises and evaluation forms. HIGH LEVEL EXECUTIVE COACHING 

Managers, Vice Presidents, Directors 

The High-Level Executive Coaching Process features several hours working directly with an HLEC Coach over a 9 to 12-month period. The HLEC Coach confidentially engages with their client in several phases of the HLEC coaching process: Awareness, Assessment, Action and Achievement. Our client participates in an in-depth interview to gain insight into their core and outer-core effectiveness. To be more hands-on, the HLEC Coach will “shadow” the executive as they go about their daily tasks such as meetings, assigning tasks to staff members, preparing and delivering presentations and interacting with internal and external stakeholders. The client will undergo debriefing sessions, receive custom assessments and offer their observations. 


ENTREPRENEURSHIP COACHING

The Entrepreneurship Coaching process features several hours working directly with a Entrepreneurship Coach (EC) over a 5 to 9-month period. The EC Coach confidentially engages with their client in several phases of the EC coaching process: Awareness, Assessment, Action and Achievement. Our client participates in an in-depth interview to gain insight into their core and outer-core effectiveness to see if they are ready to take on the task of being and entrepreneur. To be more hands-on, the EC Coach will “shadow” the entrepreneur as they go about their daily tasks such as setting up the business, drafting business services, designing products, engaging staff and contractors and keeping up with finances. The client will undergo debriefing sessions, receive custom assessments and offer their observations. 

CONSULTING SERVICES 

Managers, Vice Presidents, Directors, Entrepreneurs, Small and Large Business Owners 

The Consulting Services Process features several hours working directly with a Consultant over a 12 to 18-month period. The Consultant confidentially engages with their client in several phases of the consulting process: Contact, Discussion, Implementation and Evaluation. Our client participates in an in-depth interview to gain insight into their core and outer-core effectiveness. To be more hands-on, the Consultant will monitor and check in with the client as they go about their daily tasks such as meetings, personal tasks assigned to them, working with vendors and staff members and interacting with internal and external stakeholders. The client will undergo debriefing sessions, receive custom assessments and offer their observations.
